**** A Miracle - Kenny Stones ***

Nothing happens by coincidence. Chance is a poor myth. Walking through the door or attending an event that you somehow end up meeting somebody who knows a person you knew back in highschool, and both of you end up going to the cherro cart at the same precise time, and this person ends up offering you the job of your dreams is not by chance and not by coincidence. Everything happens for a reason, and nothing happens by chance. Chance is putting all of your hope in time.

Rather, put your hope in God who will put you at a specific place at a specific time to meet a specific person who gives you a specific gift. Giving credit to chance or coincidence is foolish and idiotic. People worship different Gods, subconsciously or consciously, whether it be money, clothes, cars, houses, or Jay-Z for that matter. If you are willing to do anything and everything to get something, then guess what you worship it. Endless examples exist from working night and day, saving every penny you can, or spending thousands of dollars on clothes to become a millionaire or a thousand-aire. If you really wanted to become a millionaire, and you plan accordingly, I have no doubt that each and every one of us can probably become millionaires.

Success is success of the heart, not of the tangible objects we attach to success. If your heart holds good intentions to become successful, and you put forth your intentions into actions and practice, then more than likely whatever your intention or notion of success is, you will attain it.

I'm at Lifetime Fitness playing basketball, and we lost. I do not like losing because I'm a little competitive, which is not always a good thing. Anyway, a guy on my team tells me who cares its just a game and not important. So, for some reason, I ask him what is? By "chance" he tells me going to heaven. A little taken aback, I say how are we going to get there if that is what is important? So, we get into this lengthy conversation about right and wrong.

Kenny Stones, was his name, may God bless him, told me I just can't, in my mind, think of anybody going to hell. He was a really cool dude, who went to church every sunday and his parents were from the south.  Anyway, I'm like if you have two people, one that struggles against himself to overcome the actions that he feels is wrong, everybody has different struggles, and consciously thinks about his actions and chooses not to engage in an action that he feels is wrong is equal to another person who does not care about his wrong actions and chooses to engage in conduct, like doing drugs and having sex with anything walking, without struggling and effortlessly does what he wants to or desires? Well are they? Equal?

The wealth of information, Kenny Stones, had was impressive to say the least. He had an intuitive sense of what right and wrong is. Told me that God cares about your heart. Told me that our souls all have a little wicked in it. Told me he struggled with himself to gain a little peace in his heart. Told me that people worship and follow many things, and gave me the example of Pharaoh and Prophet Moses as an example. Impressive!

We must apply logic and reason to everything. Logically, if I commit murder or steal, then I go to jail and that is my punishment. And, logically, if I let myself do whatever my little heart desires, whether wrong or not, then I will also be punishment. Just like, logically, if I work hard and bust my tail to achieve success, then I will become successful. And, reasonably, if I never study or just don't care, then I will be working a 12hr shift at Jewel or Starbucks. Reasonably, if I struggle against myself and do actions that are good and sincere in the face of temptations like sex, drugs, lying to make an extra hundred bucks, then, logically, I will go to Heaven!

Logic and Reason! Accountability! God Bless Kenny Stones and make him among the ones in heaven!
